After weeks of research, I purchased the Ironman 4000. It only took 30 mins to assemble, very easy. I love the ankle lock down system and lumbar support. If I am going to hang upside down I want to be locked in. This is an awesome inversion table my back alreadys is feeling better after 3 weeks. It also helps to stretch your core and hips. I highly recommend it!
