If you need a sports watch with basic functions this is as good a watch as you are going to find for $40. It does everything well and the functions are straight forward and logical. I really like the low profile so that the watch is never in your way. Also, the large numbers make it easy to read while running, even in the dark using only indiglo for lighting. I have gone swimming with it numerous times and it hasn't skipped a beat. I cannot think of one negative thing to say about it. Yes, this watch easily earns a 5 star rating from me.
